Delilah Fuentes Founded Delilah & Co. in 2003 and has built her team to be one of the top successful Real Estate teams in Austin. Delilah developed an extensive background in Sales which she combines with her vast knowledge of growing up in the Austin area to provide her clients with Top of the Line Service from the beginning to the end of any home selling or buying experience. Dolly Sema'an is a part of Delilah & Co. as a Senior Buyer Specialist, Listing Specialist and also a Specialist in Commercial Real Estate. She has become the team's top producing Realtor when it comes to finding the right home or commercial property for her clients. She provides a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the Austin real estate market as well as offers her clients advice in terms of what direction they should take when it comes to financing their home or investment property. Prior to Dolly joining Delilah & Co., Dolly worked for one of the largest Mortgage Brokers in Texas as a Texas Licensed Loan Officer where she was successful in originating large number of loans. She brings to the team dedication, hardwork and integrity with each new client while establishing long term relationships. 

Buyer and Listing Specialist. Lina Bittar is the newest member to the Delilah & Co. team at Keller Williams. She has been an Austin native for the past 20 years and is very well versed in the Austin real estate market, specifically the Westlake/Rob Roy area. Before becoming a Realtor, Lina was very dedicated to the community for which her children were a part of primarily Bridgepoint Elementary school where she volunteered full time. Lina's true passion has always been to be part of the real estate industry in terms of finding and selling residential real estate. Now that her children are grown, she finally made her dream come true where she is now a Full Time Realtor and is part of one of the top selling teams within Keller Williams Realty. One of Lina's strongest attributes is her ability to understand what her clients want in terms of real estate. Her endless effort and dedication makes her stand out from the rest because her clients will always have the highest level of service no matter what.
